Go to a Health Food store ,and invest in a bottle of this thing called TART CHERRY JUICE CONCENTRATE, it really works I have some in my fridge right now. You just mix a table spoon with a glass of water! It is more powerfull than any asprin! You should check in to that. My 62 year old Mother got me started on it.

Massage you temples in a clockwise motion for the count of three, then in a counterclockwise motion for the count of three about 5 times each way.
Apply gentle pressure to the web part between your thumb and index finger for the count of ten.
These sometimes help, they are pressure points.

Actually, Jersey girl is right. It has been proven that sex can help alleviate headaches, thus obliterating the old excuse of "not now I have a headache".
