What can I do to get rid of it without taking any tylenol, ibuprofen, or aspirin?

I've tried Head on....it just turns my forehead bright red and burns like a b*tch.

Go lie down in bed and take a short nap in a room where there is hardly light:think you have been reading too much lately.

Go to a Health Food store ,and invest in a bottle of this thing called TART CHERRY JUICE CONCENTRATE, it really works I have some in my fridge right now. You just mix a table spoon with a glass of water! It is more powerfull than any asprin! You should check in to that. My 62 year old Mother got me started on it.

An old remedy my granny used was to dip a cloth in vinegar, wring it out and lay down in a darkened room with the cloth across your forehead. Wash well afterwards !

Massage you temples in a clockwise motion for the count of three, then in a counterclockwise motion for the count of three about 5 times each way.
Apply gentle pressure to the web part between your thumb and index finger for the count of ten.
These sometimes help, they are pressure points.

I read a thing yesterday that said to drink 2 glasses of gatorade.... ick.

When I have a headache I like to take a nap.

if its hot go for a coconut oil massage and sleep

if its real cold go for olive oil massage

and sleep after that

Note : Coffee and Tea should be avoided in dealing with that as they take 6 hours to digest

Actually, Jersey girl is right. It has been proven that sex can help alleviate headaches, thus obliterating the old excuse of "not now I have a headache".

run your wrists under hot water for 3 minutes thats how long it takes for blood to run through body,should relieve headache or hot face cloth on forhead

Good question, drink coffee.. If that doesn't work put some sunglasses on. If that doesn't work, kiss a frog.. oh wait no, that's something else.. good luck..
