Well, Jumping Jack, there are a number of good spots to girl watch in London.
1. Hyde park on a Sunday afternoon. If you get tired of watching the girls, as if, you can always listen to the soap box orators.
2. The Strand. Best days are Saturdays and Sundays. There is also a lot of great art displayed by amateur artists.
3. Soho at night. Especially in the pubs. Remember that the pub hours are quite different than those in the US. The best spot is in the private clubs (not hard to join).
4. Harold's department store. Any day. Noon hour during the week is good.
5. Piccadilly circus and Trafalgar Square. Anytime during the tourist season.

Well if you go to Fulham broardway there is a pub accross the road called the white horse.. go there have a few pints and sit outside (summer only) you will see some very sexy women wlak past.... have fun, try not to strain your neck lol

railway stations are great for people watching in general.
It's all about good cafes, on street corners - lots of arcs to look around and decent shops.
Dont bother people watching your local lidl or netto on giro day!!
