I have had those moments when you feel lost and forgotten. The only advice I have it to be true to your own self, allow only good thoughts and people to be in your private world. The path will appear and you'll find your way, good luck.

your mind is a very powerful thing. You need to psych. yourself out and say. This is the path i'm taking, starting now. You may need assistance in with your direction. Talk to a friend that you trust and is understandable.

What you might be refering to is having an anxiety attack. If I am at home I usually just zone-out playing my guitar or my mandolin. It's a good inexpensive way to get your mind off things that are bothering you. Much better than alcahol or drugs.
