Any welding shop,or metal fabrication shop, or black smith shop.
Some might charge by the hour if its a large enough job. But my experience has been if its a small job,its charged by the job. If they charge at all.

Go to, or call, a welding shop or metal fabrication shop. It depends on where you live, hourly rates at least. They usually just charge a flat hourly rate, and you have to pay for an full hour even if it only takes ten minutes. But it is a lot cheaper and easier than renting or purchasing a welder to do it yourself, unless you have a lot of welding. I've had it cost, on average, about $60.00.

A muffler shop can do a variety of small jobs. Take jobs requiring an expert to a welding shop. I recently paid a muffler shop $20 to have an air filter housing repaired.
