Logic hits the spot here, mostly stay away from raw foods. Try and eat better healthy foods, fruits veggies. Everytime I had a sweet tooth craving I went for some frozen raseberries in my freezer or canned peaches, that way if I had something later cookies I couldn't put down, I wouldn't feel all that guilty cause I've already had a fill of fruits for the day. Pretty much you can eat what you've been eating , honestly unless you eating fast food and greasy food, that's just not good for you to begin with but, hey I'm not judging anyone.
There's some fish you should stay away from though, this is a list my doc gave me if your or anyone else is a fish eater!

stay away from-
gulf coast oysters
halibut
king mackerel
largemouth bass
marlin
pike
sea bass
shark
swordfish
tilefish
tuna steaks
walleye
white croaker

You can have these kinds of fish, but in limitations
blue mussel
canned tuna
cod
eastern oyster
great lakes salmon
gulf of mexico blue crab
lake whitefish
mahi-mahi
pollock
wild channel catfish

and these you can eat with no problem

crocker
farm raised catfish
farm raised trout
fish sticks
flounder
haddock
mid atlantic blue crab
shrimp
wild pacific salmon

I'd try to get extra servings of fiber though, like the other poster mentioned, total is a good way to start, if you like yogurt go with that for your extra calcuim add fruit to it or your cereal. And as they said again, stay away from really salty items, get your water too plenty of it! If you can't stand drinking anymore water through the day try getting the drink mixes (they do tend to add up, my favorite is lipton diet rasberry tea mix) Oh my, it's good, tastes great. My husband is diebetic so pretty much drinks and everything else including yogurt is without sugar and low fat,(or even fat free) So I've gotten used to eating healthy plenty before I've been pregnant, now it's helping cause I can pretty much eat what I want and not feel totally guilty afterwards.. though there was that cheesecake I made...and finished...But still, you should be eating the healthier foods more than fatty ones, get the good weight, not the bad weight on you, it comes off faster and it's ..well healthy for you and baby.

Enjoy your baby, and eat on! Remember your doctor can always give you the best list of foods if your not sure what to stay away from!

Congrats!

I craved cherry tomatoes, navel oranges, and black bean burritos. I wanted them for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Jamba Juice smoothies were waaaaay up on my list of must haves while pregnant, too.

Take care, enjoy your pregnancy, and best of luck to you.
