I googled the following:
animal "least amount of sleep" and found the following:

"Giraffes do not have vocal chords. They also require the least amount of sleep among animals; as little as 20 minutes in a 24-hour period."

So perhaps this is the answer you were looking for though my source says they need 20 mins. That surprised me.
