why are celebrities alowed to get away with so much more than regular people? Example paris hilton was found driving drunk and had skipped a court trial before and instead of going to jail like a normal person, all she got was 3 years probation and public service.

Um, yeah-totally money. Brandy killed! a woman in a car accident a month ago and admits its her fault and she hasnt been arrested yet. Anyone else (i.e.: you or me) would be in prison by now.
