They are called Konpaku. Thats where they got the inspiration to call Kon that.
2. What's the name of the clothes that the Shinigami wear?
It is called a hakama. And if you are a vice-captain you have a seal in your arm, signifying that you are a vice-captain and your company. As for captain's they have a white cloak with their comapny number at the back,
3. Is Ichigo's father a shinigami(need a clear explaination)?
Yes. his father is a shinigami. In episode 112, they revealed that he got back his powers after 20 years. It is unknown if he is a dead soul reaper like Rukia, Renji and all the other shinigamis or if he is a human like Ichigo. You can see that a captain cloak is hanging off one shoulder meaning that he is of captain-class so he has a bankai.
4. What's that chain connected to the souls chest call?
It is called the Chain of Fate. If it is disconnected, you are officially dead. And if it is completly eaten away, you will become a hollow.
5. Is Ichigo a shinigami and hollow?
Ichigo is both. He is a vaizard. Dont mistake him for an arrancar. A vaizard is a shinigami who got hollow powers and looks like a shinigami. An arrancar is a hollow who got shinigami powers, so they look more like hollows

I'm not sure of the name of their clothes (other than the Soul Reapers all wear the same thing, unless they are part of the special militia) but they carry swords (zanpakuto) and that is an important part of their clothes.

Yes, he is was once a captain shinigami but is in exile.

do not put bleach on your hair or skin!!!! go to a beauty supply store and buy the hair bleach. The professional stuff is a powder that you mix with an activator. There are different levels you can buy for different results. The people there will help you out with that.
