How do people find Top up TV anytime is operating I find it is usless?

When it first came out we thought about getting one and decided against it for reasons best known to me, good job aswell because Watchdog on Tue had a thing on about them, saying the kept breaking down, would not work properly and would not record at all or very little. An omen don't you think. If i were you I would send it back and get your money back. £125.00 wot a rip off.
