Please read this carefully.
The company is wrong - they need to correct this. Do not let them intimidate you with the "might have to testify at the hearing" comment.
Pick up the phone or go in person to the brokerage of the agent and demand that it be changed - TODAY - with a copy provided to you of the change or you will be terminating your listing contract.
Do not to continue working with this individual, that has ignored you (HIS CLIENT). Terminate the contract - by demanding an unconditional withdrawal and relist the property with someone else - not this same brokerage. He is absolutely not representing your best interests here by ignoring you.
Advise them that you will be posting a sign on your front lawn (next to his sign) advising everyone that you have been represented poorly by him and the company.
Document everything you do with him and this company.
Also contact the real estate division in your area and report this as well.

He is obviously lazy, and the company he works for is obviously incompetent.
Send him a certified letter stating he has 5 business days to correct the error, or you will report him to the Realtor board, and the Atty General. You will not be required to testify at a board hearing, but it would obviously help in getting his license revoked.
In the meanwhile, place a prominent notice in the property, taped tto the slider or outside door, to a bathroom mirror, and a kitchen cabinet, stating: "While I have informed the listing agent on numerous occasions that the listed frontage amount is incorrect, he refuses to change it. The actual frontage is 200' NOT 400'. please accept my apology for this error and omission."
Im sure the listing carries a notice stating that the information contained in the listing is thought to be true, however any error or omission is not actionable. This protects him from lawsuits from the buyer. By showing that this is false (the notice on the door), he loses that protection.

Don't waste any time, a nice registered letter to the owner of the real estate company and your agent handling the sale with copy of your contract asking to correct immediately and make sure to state at the bottom of your letter that a copy was sent also to the real estate board. When someone receive a registered letter they mean business and usually do the right thing. Still not sure, please go and see a lawyer.

The real estate agents are extremely fraudulent. Just look next door. They rent/sale to anyone. Why is there crime in your neighborhood? These are sleazy uneducated, unsophisticated walk alongs who open the doors to anyone. The Real Estate Commissioner needs to know of any fraudulent activity. Real Estate Remax agent just did a bait and switch on a rental price at Lake Lanier

Apparently, to promote the property, (although falsely), and increase his chance of getting a commission. 400' is more desirable than 200', and he is trying to get more calls about it. If he originally thought there was 400', he might not want to change his advertising, but that doesn't make it right. If you've talked to the real estate agent and his broker and neither are willing to change it, then call the Real Estate Board for your state.

If you have a contract, which you should, then notify him that he is being fraudulant and since you have asked repeatedly to correct your listings, then the contract is broken, (check with a real estate lawyer to be sure)
Then get a new and better broker.
If there is no contract, tell him where to go!

In California on the listing agreement the seller has the choice to put it on the MLS or not. If they choose not to that information must be filed with the local board of Realtors. You can check with them to see if such a filing has been made for that property if not you may make a complaint to the board and they will investigate. Even if the Realtor does not file the request with the board there still have been no laws broken just policy violations.

Fire your agent immediately. You may have the option of testifying if you choose, but they can't make you. If they refuse to let you out of the agreement, call an attorney. THEY WILL LET YOU OUT OF THE AGREEMENT!
