there are 1000 ml in a litre

so 15 ml as a percent is

15/1000*100

1.5 %

1000ml = 1liter
15ml = ?
Just do something similar to this:
15*1/1000 which gives
0.015 liter

Hence,15ml = 0.015liter
IN order to find the percentage,
multiply by 100 which gives the required answer:
1.5%

1000ml=1 litre
therefore, 1ml= 1/1000 litre

15 ml = 1/1000 *15 litre

it means 15 ml = 15/1000
so 15 ml= 3/200 litres
or 1.5%

This method is same for all these type of questions.

basic math

15/1000 = .015

convert that to percentage

.015*100=1.5%
