Can someone tell me wats the best software i need to learn to make a cool website that has graphics and graphic drop down menu bars?

Dreamweaver is a must, Flash is also good, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, they are expensive but if you are a student you can try a site called JourneyEd (www.journeyed.com) and get an educational discount.

You will need to know Adobe photoshop and Dreamweaver at a minimum. Adobe Flash is good for flash animation type sites but not necessary for the average site. Those programs can be pretty expensive, Photoshop is like $700 and Flash is about $800 so you might want to learn with Paintshop Pro for graphics. Not as powerful but its 1/10 the cost.
