If it were Eastern Standard time, perhaps. Greenwich Mean Time? Definitely. But Pacific time is meaningless.

First, it's not "I seen" but "I saw."
That out of the way, the date you saw doesn't mean much, except perhaps that sometime during the day you heard the phrase "Pacific time" and the date you mentioned, and your dreams combined the two ideas.

Honey, you need to learn some basic English grammar and spelling before posting questions like this. Even your own nickname is misspelled (it should be spelled "confused").
To correctly state your question, you should say "I've seen a specific date and time in my sleep. Does this mean anything?"
Again it's either I've seen or I saw.
As for it meaning something.. only you can answer that, and probably only after the date and time have passed.

Since the date you speak of is peaceful (pacific) I would say that on that date and time for a short while, all violence will stop.

YES IT MEANS SOMETHING!!!!! You need to be on gaurd that day, espically around 2:00pm. Go by your time zone cause if you went by all you would be utterly confused. It could be something bad to something wonderful.
Luck.
