Question about rates for translated medical transcription...Any medical transcriptioners out there?

A local medical transcription business has asked me to translate and transcribe a job for a major national medical association organization. Since translation is added to the transcription I consider it an extra skill and should be compensated additionally. What is your experience with regard to payment? Per hour, per job, per typed out page?

Its per Typed line. I once use to charge between .15 to .25 cents a line
