Some people squeeze it onto fish or salads. Also you can squeeze it onto a cut apple to keep it from going brown. I know this guy who used to squeeze it onto sherbert. Hmmm, another idea, onto chicken before cooking it. Oh and on top of pound cake........

I live in Louisiana. So, seafood without lemon is like having sex with yourself. It just doesn't fill the bill.

Fish, gin and tonic, curries, couscous salad, in sauces - lemons are so versatile. Mind you, I think I prefer limes just a tad :)
