You can't make your Dad believe you, but that isn't really the issue. Your dad does not have the right to beat you up, no matter what you got suspended for.
While being in Child Protective Services is nobody's idea of fun, it is better than waiting for Dad to declare you incorrigable and having you dragged off to jail.
If your dad attacks you, call the cops.

you have a couple choices. You must have marks on you...you can either call Child protective services on your dad, or you can wait till your mother does what she has to do to remove you from the house.....your father got pissed, parents often believe the teachers and not the kids, but that does not give him the right to hit you,let alone with his fist....there isn't really anything to get him to believe you because the school will side with the teacher....Unless you know for a fact this teacher has a habit of stuff like this.....I went through something with a teacher when my son was in the second grade, he left school and walked home and hid!!! a second grader!! I couldn't do a damn thing because the teacher had "tenure", meaning she was there for so long what I was claiming would be Impossible to have her reprimanded for, which is BS.....In your situation with the teacher, I am afraid your stuck unless your mother gets an attorney and sees what you can do....In regards to your father, you can either call the police, or Child protective services, or wait on your mom. Those right now are your only options I am afraid...BUT IF, HE HITS YOU AGAIN, YOU CALL THE FRIGGEN POLICE! I know it will unravel your life, but if he beat you over this, what's next if something else happens.....best of luck to you seriously........

Are there any witnesses that can corroborate this for you? Anyone else hear it?
