Yes, of course. We will sweep the board in glory and style, and both teams will return to our green and pleasant land as all-conquering heroic world champions in their respective sports.

England will not win the cricket world cup as they are crap at limited overs, they will lose in the first round again.
The rugby side has a good chance, but they need to get some wins under the belt first. I think they reach the Semis again.

being a proud English man it hurts me to say we have no chance of winning either, the best we can expect is the semi's in rugby and hopefully getting out of the group in the cricket.

Sadly I dont see us getting much further than the group stages in the rugby judging by recent performances. I dont know how the cricket WC works but I dare say we wont win.
Its gonna be a rough year

if the crickers pull there finger out maybe on the rugby front i think we will put up a good defence of the cup but i dont think we will retain it .i think having brian ashton in charge will do england wonders just look what he did to Bath in the tail end of last season. i think we may win the 6n but not by grand slam

instead of declaring, "will we win", i imagine you should claim....... "WE ought to WIN". If we do not win it this time, we would no longer win it for a lengthy time period, perchance even up till eventually Rush's 2112. Flat pitches favoring the sluggish bowlers will be very efficient in overcoming South Africa, England and Australia. South Africa and England have traditionally chanced on the spinning tracks of the sub-continent no longer to their liking and have a tendency to break down/choke easily on a stressful chase. New Zealand, West Indies and Pakistan are at a important flow street and that i do not see any of those communities making it. Bangladesh, Zimbabwe, and so on are merely there to make up the numbers. Which in user-friendly words leaves Sri Lanka. as long as India is careful no longer to repeat the 1996 tournament, the international Cup is in India's kitty. i do no longer imagine a much extra favorable circumstances will ever lower back arise for India. To summarize, The maximum efficient communities contained in the international in the present day, England and South Africa are both quite fragile on Indian pitches. surprisingly adverse to our sluggish bowlers. the commonly strong Australia and Pakistan are literally rebuilding their communities. On proper of this, we get to have our own FLAT PITCHES the position YUSUF PATHAN can TONK the balls at will.
