Butters!!!
He's hilarious...I love the episodes with him, like when Cartman gets Butters to fake his death so he can go undercover as a girl and his dad digs up his body (which is actually a pig) and buries it in an indian burial ground. Or, when Butter's mom thinks his dad is having an affair and decides to kill Butters so he won't suffer. Butters is the best!
I also like Tweek.

BUTTERS!! You see the episode with the title song. "Everyone knows it's Butter's..That's me"...I love that!
Because I see myself as a kid in him, NOT the family problems or anything, just that he is real sincere and tries to do the right thing, and gets so pissed at being discounted he gets a little evil at times. (Prof Chaos..)
I think Butters could carry his own spin off someday, if he loses General Disarray, hate that kid.
For pure entertainment value though, It's Cartman of course. Because the most horrible things come out of mouth, and he makes it funny. Like becoming mini Hitler, and the Mel Gibson show, that was horrifying and hysterical and Cartman can say anything and get away with it.

Either Cartman or Mr. Mackey. Cartman is hilarious how he rips on Kyle for being jewish and mr. mackey is funny how he says mkay and i loved him in The Mystery of the Urinal Deuce
