There was a lot of things that shwo that it would have been damn near impossible for him to shoot himself with a shot gun with the amount of drugs that were in his system, on top of his so called suicide letter just talks about leaving the music business until the the last few lines (which are totally different writing) I think he was killed and there is no doubt to me that Courtney Love had something to do with it.

I think He did it.
I keep a copy of His suicide note in my poetry notebook, and I, having felt that way before, think He was pretty dead on. (No pun intended)
But whoever did it, it was still 'better [for Him] to burn out than to fade away....'
Who would have wanted to see Him waste away and die, anyway?
Wherever His spirit is, I wish it the best.

As an after thought:
To the people that say that 'the last few lines are in different handwriting', I want you to consider this:
Have you ever wanted to die while you have three times the lethal dose of heroin in you? Have you ever tried to write when that happened? I've had the first half happen to me, and my handwriting was the last thing on my mind.
Also consider that by the time of His death He was ambidextrous. When I write stuff in a fury like that, my hand gets tired. Perhaps He switched as a combined result.

Kurt was a junkie after time when you start doing more and more drugs you build up a tolerance. he could have enough smack in him to choke a donkey but since he was so used to it he was just just overtly melancholy and offed himself because he didn't want to be a rock star anymore.

People like attaching conspiracy theory to it because people like for their heroes to be stronger than they themselves are. It's hard to look up to a guy who offed himself because of a drug induced depression.

I believe that he had bipolar disorder and a severe substance abuse issue. I believe that, like 20% of those with bipolar disorder, his condition was fatal in his case. I do not believe any conspiracy is necessary on his wife's part.
