May need to be trading in my car

I need the trade in to attempt to pay off the rest of my car loan. I wouldnt be looking to sell my car when I still have money to pay off on it, but the transmission is shot and it will cost more to fix it than the car is worth, so I'm seeing what kind of options I have of just getting a new one.

Advertising is just about writing come ons, it tells you little about who has good prices. And it changes around depending on exactly how the dealer is doing at a given time.

There's no substitute for actually going to a number of dealers and negotiating. Most people just don't want to do the work, and end up paying more at a dealer who talks good.

Those lame commercials they play every other second with the Shagman for Rocky's Autos mention money for trade-ins, not sure how much though.
