Oh, sweetie, I'm feeling for you! You clearly have tried very hard to communicate your fears and concerns for the loss of your father's home, and I'm not sure enough about what is happening to help you.

Since you are on disability, you have some sort of social worker or counselor assigned to you, right? Please try to explain to that person that you need to ask a lawyer what to do about the house. There are lawyers who volunteer to help the disabled, but you will probably need help to find one.

There may be non-profit foundations or government programs that can help you, but it will take someone who can get a look at all the paperwork and talk to the people involved and find out exactly what all your options are. That should be a lawyer.
