I dont think they are gonna let her die...the story has to continue somehow. So my guess is they will either take her to the hospital where she will escape...and go after the baby OR the not-so-goodlooking cop will investigate and find out what Paul is upto and they will be forced to take Sheila to the hospital or face the consequences.

To be honest I really don't follow the show well, I just tune in from time to time just to see what Victor is doing. Has he done anything outside of Y&R?
