I am inclined to say no, but Bush is a good man and a Statesman, so he will probably do it. I say we should put them on trial.

I dont think anyone should be pardoned for treason. It should be like it was in the 1700 and 1800's. Punishment for treason was death. Let me guess, they are mostly democrats, right? I do agree with you though that he probably will pardon them. I also agree that they deserve a trial, its my personal opinion that that trial should end with a death sentence.

You sir are a patriotic American. As you said, Bush won't tie up our country in court proceedings the way Al Gore did when he went to court in Florida to try to overturn the elections. Unfortunately, unpatriotic actions has become more acceptable in the USA then in the past.

we should put anyone who leaks classified info on trial and most liberals too, for giving comfort to the enemy.
