please PLEASE help! ipod trouble.?

ipod froze. now wont play, just skips through songs. won't switch off either. any help will be much appreciated. thanks.

reset your ipod you can do this via the itunes store

Make sure that the "Hold" switch at the top is switched to the off position. If this is on none of your buttons will work. I this doesn't solve the problem, try connecting it to your computer. Maby that will help. If not, contact Apple Inc.
