I am laying in bed trying to get my son to fall asleep when I notice a large black crow flying at my window. He is holding something in his mouth I can’t distinguish and he is adamant at trying to get in the window of my 7th floor apartment. I debate on getting up to try and see what the crow is carrying and to shoe him away. I slowly get out of bed and I wake to the window and as I am getting to the window I notice that the crow has now become 2 big black dogs and I am wondering how they are there since I am on the 7th floor and there is no balcony outside my window. I start to kind of panic, worrying about these dogs, I finally get to the window and they are sitting on the ground and I realize that my apartment is now on the main level. I run to door to find what looks like soot all around my door and door handle. So instantly I think there was a fire and my unit some how survived it but feel to the first floor. I open my door to find some guys to doing the carpet in my hallway which is spraying black fibers that look like the soot.

black crow = fear
crow becomes black dogs = another fear (chain reaction fear)
fire = danger
apartment changed from 7th to main level = how you want to handle problems.

Looks like you have some sort of worries in your life. That could deal with your family. You have series of fear and they are connected. In your dream, it started out with crow, then dogs, then fire. They basically symolize something that you are dealing with right now which has a chain reaction. In other words, you have full of anxiety.

I am not sure if you are a single parent, but looks like there is no support around you and having those things projected in your dream hints that you are seeking for support and the way you subconsciously change from 7th level to main level reflects your helpless conscience. In other works, subconsciously you are seeking help, but in reality, you probably don't get much

To understand a dream, it’s helpful to keep in mind why and how we dream. When we sleep, the body and perception systems are shut down, but the brain remains active. The brain thinks about what has recently been most active during waking hours—experiences, thoughts and feelings accessed recently whether consciously or not. The brain is still active, so it works on this content, but not in a familiar, rational way. During sleep, this material is not related using input from the external real world, but rather by the brain connections already established in the cortex. So the story connectedness isn’t like everyday experience, but rather a strange, circuitous flow from one image to the next. So dreams aren’t magical messages to guide our life, but dream imagery is taken from everyday experiences, thoughts and feelings that matter most to us during our waking life. So it’s a mistake to apply standard symbol definitions, such as Freudian meanings or standard “dreammoods” symbols. All you need to do is think about what kind of imagery it is and how it relates to your daily life.

Most of your dream is the natural image association of a dream, which is what makes the sequence seem weird. The most significant image is the crows. They represent Nature, which is on the other side of the window. The crows have something for you in their beaks...you don't know what it is, but they have brought it to you. In other words, the natural world has something to offer you, but because you are inside, you are separated from it. The crows are inviting you to participate in the natural world. You're a little wary, however, as the images turn to dogs...and you notice black soot. This imagery seems to represent concerns that maybe you shouldn't go outside...a conflict between desire and concern. Possibly during your waking hours, you have longed to spend more time outdoors, whether consciously or unconciously.

What dreams means.
There are two ideas I believe both are correct depending on the dream.
1. You mind is working on a problem that will be clear what that is in your dream.
2. Dreams also are triggered as your mind converts your short term memory that is electrical in nature to chemical. This refiling causes other memories to trigger. It appears to be random but your brian knows how to file. It doesn't make sense on this side.

My guess you are worry about something and you have had a run in with dogs, crows, and fire lately. That maybe a deep seeded memories coming back.

Relax.

I think, that you are worried about some outside danger..some uncontrollable danger that your might overlook. You hope you can for see any danger by being aware and diligent, but you fear you are missing something and it scares you. The black crow, black dogs and the black soot all symbolize danger and fear.

HI!
just don't worry dreams are nothing but the thoughts that we get in our sub-consciousness!

i cannot interpreate the full dream but i can help u with this hope u fine this helpful.

the main thing u saw in ur dreams were....
ur son, bed, crow, window, dogs, door, fire, carpet!

Bed
To see your bed in your dream, represents you intimate self and discovery of your sexuality. If you are sleeping in your own bed, then it denotes security and restoration of your mind.?You are looking for domestic bliss and peace. If you are waking up in different and/or unknown beds, then it represents the consequences of the decisions you have made.?

Son
To see your son in your dream, signifies your ideal, hopes, potential, and the youthful part of yourself. On the other hand, to see your son in your dream might not have any significance and is simply mirroring your waking life. The dream may also be a pun on "sun".

Crow
To see a crow in your dream, represents your annoying habits and the darker part of your character. The crow may serve as messengers from your unconscious.

Window
To see windows in your dream, signifies bright hopes, vast possibilities and insight.

To dream that you are looking out the window, signifies your outlook on life, your consciousness, point of view, awareness, and intuition. You may be reflecting on a decision and seeking guidance. Or you need to go out into the larger world and experience life. If you are looking in the window, then it indicates that you are doing some soul searching and looking within yourself.

Dog
To see a dog in your dream, indicate a skill that you have ignored or forgotten, but needs to be activated. Alternatively, dogs may symbolize intuition, loyalty, generosity, protection, and fidelity. Your own values and intentions will enable you to go forward in the world and succeed. If the dog is vicious and/or growling, then it signifies some inner conflict within yourself. It may indicate betrayal and untrustworthiness.?If the dog is dead or dying, then it indicates a loss of a good friend. Alternatively, it represents a deterioration of your instincts. Also consider common notions associated with the word dog, such as loyalty ("man's best friend") and to be "treated like a dog".

Door
To see opened doors in your dream, symbolizes your receptiveness and willingness to accept new ideas/concepts. In particular, to see a light behind it suggests that you are moving toward greater enlightenment/spirituality.

Fire
Depending on the context of your dream, to see fire in your dream can symbolizes destruction, passion, desire, illumination, transformation, enlightenment, or anger. It may suggest that something old is passing and something new is entering your life. Your thoughts and views are changing. In particular, if the fire is under control or contained in one area, it is a metaphor of your own internal fire and inner transformation. It also represents your drive and motivation.

Carpet
To see a carpet in your dream, represents your way of protecting yourself from life's harsh realities. Alternatively, a carpet symbolizes luxury, comfort or richness. Consider the condition and designs of the carpet. Are you hiding something and sweeping it under the carpet?
