i am setting up a new account and its asking me for the zip code for the United States and i don't know it.

Every city (sometimes several zipcodes in a city) has a diferent zipcode. The US does not have a zip code.

It should be your city's zip code. The USA has a country code which is 00. Try that.

it depends on where you live, what your zip code is... every city has their own zip code, you could try contacting your local post office to get the zip code for your city.
