What are the unwritten rules for leotards for female gymnasts?

Never pick out a wedgie during a routine.
Don't wear visible underwear.
Don't wear your competition leotard often to training as the colors will fade. You will need to buy a training leotard.
Don't wear any tights over or under them when training for gymnastics.
