Can you still ask questions if you let your points go below 0?

Do you HAVE to answer questions in order to ask?

Just curious, it seems that more people like to answer than ask, so I thought that i could sure help in that department.

if u want to ask a question and u dont have any points then u can answer and u will get points and then u can ask question lol

You can but I'm not sure if there's a limit. I know of people who have become Level -1.
