this answer may offend/hurt u and will not b marked best by u... but i believe he is not interested in ya. the way he is convincing u to believe him that "he doesnt believe u" is very cunning. if u really like him... then stop talking to him for some days, check whether he is interested in u or not, if he comes back to u then 'AH HA', he believed u and if he doesnt then just think that u ppl werent made for each other.

Show him......Actions speak louder than words*......make a nice dinner for him.......or write a poem for him.....something that means something * not just asking a question on yahoo., that shows him you arnt sure as you're asking for peoples opinions*
