ok, i bought from this guy, and on the acution it said 2-day shipping. I saw he had good feedback (98), so i thought it would be ok. anyway, it has been 3 days, and no package. here's the link.

The auction ended at 10:30 at night. If you didn't pay until the next day, then the seller took a day to pack the item and arrange for shipment, then you'll probably get it in the next day or two.
The 2 days shipping means 2 days in transit. This doesn't include the time it takes to get the item IN transit.
Email the seller and ask for the tracking information.

The method of shipping depends on when and how you receive it. They said to allow two days for the item to be shipped, meaning two days before they put it in the mail. Most likely they shipped it yesterday, so you should give it at least two more days before you panic.

First off, your payment has to be ent to her via mail order, or paypal. So its a good possibility your money just got there, then she can ship it. It took about a week for a graphics card of mine to come in.

Well the catch here is the line "Please allow up to 2 BUSINESS DAYS for your order to ship out after receipt of payment".
When did they claim they received your payment and how do they define a "business day"?

send them an e-mail... the picture was a stock picture rather than of the actual object... so you might be warry of that in the future...
if you don't hear back, you can always report them to ebay
