How do I turn on my Nokia E61 E-mail alert tone?

I've tried resetting the tone in profiles but it still won't ring. I can get the LED to flash ok but I can't find a way of enabling the e-mail alert tone, my tones are working fine for texts and calls.Anyone else able to get an E61 to sound for new e-mails?

phone [phone] - that is the number for o2 online but they will go thru the settings for your fone - you don't need to be a customer
