I would create a law that protects all who are accused of racism- on both sides. Here is what I mean:
An african-american can easily pull out the 'race card'. At my school, some african-american person stated that the school was being racist for where she got sat at Senior Dinner. This person wrote a letter to the local newspaper about the issue. (mind you she got to choose where she was to sit before the dinner) Race was obviously not an issue, but the school had to let her out of finals because she was 'severely distraught'. I believe that school should be able to defend themselves in situations like this, when racism what obviously not an issue. That way businesses and schools don't always have to fear getting sued or fined.

Legalize all drugs. Regulate and tax the crap out of them...then use the profits to open up clinics for people who would rather not be addicted to them.
The "drug war" is a joke...we can't win it as long as people want them...and obviously...they want them. So by legalizing drugs, we will cut out the (often) violent middle men, the whole drug culture, and we'll be able to save billions that we currently spend fighting the war, incarcerating the "guilty" etc. plus...the drugs would be clean...making it "safe" for everyone that's using them...as well as providing much needed help to those that are trying to kick the habit.
When will people learn that you can't legislate morality? If people wanna do it...they'll do it...whether it's legal or not.

Given the ability and the authority to create one law I would repeal all laws made after 1900 and create the law that no man could pass any future laws.

That one cannot pass on any assets after death, they must instead go to the community at large. A sure way to end the age of entitlement and all the stupidity that accompanies it. It would have the added benefit of insuring that humanity once again would focus on mutual advancement for the benefit of all.
