How to fly passenger plane in GTA San Andreas?

Depends on if you have earned your pilots license yet. If you haven't then you need to earn that beofre you will be able to access any of them. If you are asking on how to do it, I never figured out how to fly them well.

It's not hard, get on the runway, get up some speed and take off. The AT-400 is not the best plane, it needs lots of room to maneuver.
