what records thru the county do you look in to find out who owns a specific home?

go to the county clerk, they will tell you everything they have, its public records

Go to the county website where the home is located.Find the tax appraisal district.You should be able to search by name or address.For instance in my county the website is www.hcad.org.

You acn also do a reverse address search on many of the online phone books like superpages.com.

call your court house ,deeds are filed there. they should be able to direct your call.
