It isn't up to your friends to decide who is right for you or who makes you happy.
You can consider their advice if you like. But follow your heart on this.
Your friends won't always like the guys you date but it is ALWAYS your choice.

No one should tell you, that you should leave him, cause they have no right. But based on your questions, I think that your friends are jealous, and they don't want you to be happy, OR they are just not good friends, as the definition of friends is that no matter what decision you make good or bad there should be their for you as your support group, so if you love him then they should support you on that, BUT ON THE OTHER HAND...... There must be a logical explanation WHY they don't like him,and what you all need to do is listen to each other so that you could all come up with a agreeable conclusion. but you much make sure that you all agree on something. well, you need to present your case to your friends. Let them know that you have no intention of breaking up with your guy, and that you are not going to tolerate them bad mouthing him. (that is unless there is cause, and you just refuse to see it). Very simple, they can either take the time to get to know him or move on. True friends will support your choices as long as this person is not harming you in some way, and be happy for you if you are happy

if you love him then you love him and does it really matter what they say if they were your real friends than they would be there to support you right?? but see now if he hits you thats different. You should tell us more about the situation okay.. but im the same way as you my friends dont like my boyfriend but alls i need to know is that i love him and my family likes him and my friends dont really say who i can and cant go out with... Do Yours???

ok first of all these r your friends? what kind of friends cant except sometihing that makes u happy? or is there areason that they are trying to tell u this? all i can say is that firendscome once in a lifetime and boys come n go. but if this isnot just a fling, keep ur boy!! but maybe u should listen to your friends..........remember, friends are 4 ever, boysrwhatever

Guys come n go but frends r always there 4 u. If ur not that good frends than think of it this way a frend is a 1$ in ur pocket.

we got something in common my friends dont like my fella im seeing, either. anyway if you love him and he loves you and you both trust each other go for it, i am with mine. Your friends just looking out for you thats all dont want him hurting you but if you feel hes the one take a chance and see what happens

first of all it is not what your friends think it is your choice. Your friends are not going to br there to live everyday of your life so you stay with him if your really love him

ask your friends whydon't they love him. if the reason is true, you can discrib him to the position, and also you can discrib the position to your friends. then they will like to your BF . if you successful you'll win.

i have had experience with this and tell your friends well if you r my real friends you would be happy for me and/or tell them you don't have any say on who i will date
