yes....it is hard for me to fal asleep and it seems that I think of everything from why me and my ex are no longer together, what I could have done to stay in the relationship, whether or not I am going to ruin my life, will I survive in the air force or navy, and more. I never seem to really think of any good questions, and when I do it seems that my negative thoughts over power them. Yeah but there have been times when I have just sat there and thought. Then in the morning it annoys me that I have forgotten the questions and thoughtz of the previous night

I have a few times. I think of some when I'm driving and because I have a husband and 2 little kids I always forget! lol
