Whats the best class to be in the game World of Warcraft ?
I want class that does Good Damage and is quick to lvl up

Good dmg and quick to level up...I will say the rogue and hunter. Now for those two you have to pick what you want close range battle or ranged battle.

Level up a priest. It might take a minute to lvl depending on how much you play but shadow spec'd priests do amazing damage and can heal fairly decently at the same time.
Other than that, I'd say go with a rogue. It's easier to get away from things if u can't beat them, and easier to beat them if u know how to.

It depends on what you like to do. A warlock deals lot's of damage with his spells, and he attacks from a distance. The druid is the most versatile of the 3 classes. He can heal, do spell damage, or tank. The rogue is perfect for sneak attacks. He is an excellent character for player verses player stuff.

I would suggest being a rogue night elf. They can do good damage and are easy to play. The quests are not that hard and they are medium level for leveling up. This combonation is really good because the rogue and night elf abilities and really work together well. I have a level 8 night elf rogue and I love it!

Gnome Mage, Hunters aren't actually that easy, once you get in the 30s, its impossible to level, they're the class that goes Fast leveling, slow leveling, fast leveling, slow leveling.

Night Elf warrior. They do ok damage and lvl up fast.

I levelled up pretty fast on my warlock, but it's a lot of kill, kill, drink, kill, lifetap, bandage, kill ruuuunnnn... lol
and my boyfriend blazed through the levels on his mage, they have good crowd control for when you have to run and the lobgest range spell, and nice amounts of damage capability.

Pali -- it's easy mode. (Might not do the best damage, but definately has the best survivability for leveling quickly)

I would have to say mage you do high dps and you can make food and water and portals which people die for by the way
