Personally I think Limpopo Province, a little place called Ellisras....what do you think of 44 degrees everyday?

I have to agree with you. Limpopo province has the hottest temperatures i ever felt, And i have lived all over SA.
I also think the Deserts would be extremely hot too.

The Northern Cape, near the Namibian border but away from the coast. The area around Calvinia in the Western Cape also gets very hot in summer (40 degrees plus).

Kalahari - i was there and it was 55degrees celcius to 58degress most days.
