Okay I know this is a stupid question but it boggles the mind that for years Lindsay Lohan has bee partying and drinking in clubs when I do not think she is even still 21 years of age yet? I mean she is in every tabloid paper out there coming out of clubs drunk and now in rehab or something so how come the cops do not crack down on her and thrtow her and the club managers in jail for serving alcohol to a minor?

Remember Ted Kennedy, O J Simpson and all those other rich folks. If you are rich and famous then you cannot be guilty. Just grease a few palms with a little cash and then get smashed. Clubs are immune as cops got her a class one perfect phony ID when she was 13. Money Talks

Most celebs get to drink underage because it it GREAT business for a bar/club/restaraunt to have paparazzi outside and to get the name of thier establishement mentioned in US Weekly and People. Morals and common sense go out the window when your priority is making a dollar. Drew Barrymore was being served drinks at clubs at age ten. People will do anything for money.

That is the world these days. You hear some talk about this and that being bad, so you would think more would be done about it. Then you have the reality and it is just the opposite, where mom is letting her daughter go out knowingly and the parent knows the daughter is partying, but it is ok for that to happen, she is a star, and spoiled rotten.

Yeh i think Lindsay is the same age as me which makes her 20 - Yeah according to http://imdb.net she's born the 2nd of july 1986 which makes her just over 3 months younger than me - So i don't know how she is getting served though it could be because she's famous just like when Drew Barrymore got into drugs when she was younger.

Once you're a celebrity, age doesn't matter. Everything is handed to you. To the detriment of the young stars, there's nobody to tell them no. In the end, they end up with the addiction and the trips to rehab.

celebrities are an exception when it comes to that because they can do whatever they want because they're famous. lindsay lohan is 20;she'll be 21 in July.

You are right, she will be 21 in June.
Clubs let her in because they think having a celebrity will increase their business. Police usually only monitor "lower end" establishments for underage drinking, they usually only will investigate the "higher end" places she goes to in response to a specific complaint.

i know this isnt a stupid question because i was wondering the same thing. i guess it is because she is very famous and it gives tabloid writters something to write about. they dont care but they would care if it was a regular person that wasnt famous.
