As a Parent........you put the Limit on the tv privilage and that's all. You're the parent, they are the children. If they don't abide by the rules......of only certain time watching tv.....then you'll have to remove their tv.....or unplug the cable if you have to* Let them know that you're not kidding...this isn't a joke.....they're watching too much tv and it needs to stop*~

I remember watching one of those Wife Swap shows.... they put this thing on the TV where you had to insert money in order for the TV to work and it shut off after a certain time....

turn off the tv and hide the remote. todays kids wouldnt know how to turn a dial to change channels.

new Tvs have pretty elaborate parental controlls, but they are confusing ...yes this can be done
