Not all educated Vietnamese girls end up being prostitutes at a night club. I just married a Vietnamese girl who comes from a good family and graduated from a university there. She is the most incredible woman in the world, and I'm fortunate to have her in my life. Frankly, I'm quite offended that you would make such an accusation.
There are some Viet girls who choose such a life. Many there would be better off selling their bodies than continue to live in poverty. The attractiion of foreigners with money and even the possibility of immigrating to America can be overwhelming, which is an unfortunate fact about third world societies. However, very few choose such a life because it is very much looked down upon there.
Vietnam's culture is not influenced by sex like our American culture is. Premarital sex is a bad thing to the Vietnamese, while it's expected in Western society. My wife was a virgin when I married her, and I will be the only man she will be with until the day I die. This is common thinking among most Viet girls.
As for trust... Trust in a marriage has less to do with a prostitute in a Vietnamese night club and more to with the issues between the husband and wife. I trust my wife and she trusts me because we both love each other with every cell in our bodies. That is a promise we both made to each other when we married.

I trust my husband and my husband trusts me, we have never given the other a reason not to trust. She is not necessarily a "good girl" just because she come from what some say is a "good family". What is a good family anyway? My family growing up wasn't exactly perfect but I'd say I turned out well. I consider myself an honest decent human being. A job is a job, it may be all you can get and it pays well, suggest a job change if it is disturbing. I hope this helps and you find the answer you're looking for. =)
