Birth control and weight gain?

I would love to lose about 5 lbs this year, i'm on dianette and i was told to expect to gain about 10 lbs, is my goal of losing weight too unrealistic?

Not everyone gains weight on bc, it depends on your body.

When I went on bc (a long time ago) my weight was not effected, I switched pills a few times and still no effect.

When I came off of bc (after being married) my weight did not change again. I was taking Diane 35.

Some of my gfs have gained weight and some have seen no differnece at all, It totally depends on the person

i gained and the weight was very hard to take off after i gained
