Cascading Style Sheet
It makes your HTML look good.

The idea is that content should be in your HTML, all your styling, Colour, images etc should be on your CSS

CSS stands for Cascading Style Sheets. These "styles" define how to display HTML elements and are normally stored in Style Sheets (*.css files).
