You're a woman. Unfortunately it's a natural part of our anatomy.

I've never heard that, and to be honest, I'd be surprised if it's true. Most women tend to store fat in their thighs by default. The only thing continually keeping your legs crossed COULD do is possibly decrease the blood flow going to the inside of your thighs, and even then, unless you are in the same exact position without any adjustment of your legs for an extended period of time, you're going to even out the blood flow over the course of a day. Though I don't think decreased blood flow is necessarily going to cause you to store more fat there than you normally would.

No, crossing your legs doesn't cause heavier thighs. Your genetic makeup dictates and the only way to get past it is to lose weight. However, if you feel your weight is okay except for thighs then just accept the thighs. You could exercise and turn the thigh to muscle by riding a bicycle or better yet would be jogging.

No. It's usually genetics to blame. I have the same problem, if I gain a single pound it's evident in my thighs. Crossing your legs is does not cause fat to build up, but it is bad for your sciatic nerve.
Try doing toning exercises for your thighs and make sure to make cardio a regular part of your workout routine.

Very silly myth right there. I mean how can crossing your legs make your legs even fatter. Thats completly bogus! Cross your legs anytime and as long as you want. And the reason for the thigh issue is becuase maybe all the junk food *if you eat any* goes through your thighs and make then bigger. Or becuase thats the way your body's built. Besides don't worry your probably pretty anyways.

Crossing your legs will not cause heavy legs and thighs, it is your genetics that make up your body design. You are doing everything you are supposed to do but the perception of what people have of a perfect body is wrong.

No, crossing your legs has nothing to do with adding fat to your legs (or body).
Your body in general likes to store fat when you consume more calories than you expend. Different people store fat in different parts of their bodies. For women it's typically the butt, thighs, chest areas. For men it's more typically around the waistline.
Leg crossing has absolutely nothing to do with it. It's a combination of overeating and/ or lack of exercises plus genetics.

I have never heard that but I know it reduces the circulation and that may make cellulite worse. Inactivity is what makes thighs fat.
