Shakespeare was a psychologist long before the term was ever coined, for he examined the way human beings are motivated by such things as ambition, love, or jealousy.
His poetry is also enduring; two of my favorites are Sonnet 30, (the one that begins "When unto sessions of sweet silent thought/I summon up the remembrance of things past . . .") and Sonnet 116 ("Let me not to a marriage of true minds admit impediment . . ."). His writings have provided titles for many an author since, and enriched the English language.

He wrote plays that have lasted 400 years, that's pretty impressive isn't it? Shakespeare created plays of exquisite poetry, dramatic action and intricate structure. His plays encompass histories, tragedies and comedies. They capture and examine the human condition, our dreams, our foibles, our fatal flaws, our heroism. It's all there. His works have been interpreted and reinterpreted through countless times even in our current culture and movies. Try reading some of his great works, such as "Hamlet" and "Macbeth" and you'll recognize instantly the power of his writing.

D. he's credited with growing to be over one hundred words, i think of. i do no longer comprehend if he spoke French (pondering some think of he could no longer exist, i'm bowled over they comprehend...). And "terrific" is subjective. I wager Marlowe could be particularly aggravated.
