I believe Madame Staples sings. Only caught some of it, but there are some ascending and decending chords at the end that are so very sad, but moving they make shivers.

are you a hick?!?!?!?!?!?!?! i have never heard that song. but if you want a good song about Mississippi, i would go with "The Mississippi Squirrel Revival" by Ray Stevens.
