You should not really have cramping in your first trimester. Usually you have them in the latter part of your pregnancy. Dizziness is just from your body changing. Your baby is taking a lot of your nutrients so before you get up I recommend that you try having a piece of toast or a small glass of juice.
If your cramping persists, contact your OB/GYN, they will probably recommend that you come into the office for a visit to make sure everything is okay.

I think it's different for everybody... I didn't have any cramps or dizziness at all during the first trimester...

I didn't have any. Have you seen a doctor? His answers will be the best for you, since everyone is different. I would want to have the cramps checked out. The dizziness is usually caused by the flucuations in blood pressure as your body adjusts to your harmone changes Again, talk with your OB doctor.

It could last your whole pregnancy. It just depends on your body. I had a friend that was sick her ENTIRE pregnancy, and I NEVER got sick.
