Nothing really...
Hotmail refuse to accept emails on the matter (due to hacking) so if you forgot both it really could be a hard situation to overcome.

You could try to contact MSN staff help.

it doesn't sound good, but you could try googling "how to hack hotmail" and follow the steps.
