You cannot do it without oxygen with people on board.I don't understand what you're asking.

If you are asking how can humans go into space without oxygen on the shuttle Discovery, the answer is dead. But even dead they would have oxygen as a component of thier makeup, water contains oxygen, etc.
BTW other answerer, what is exygen, and did you know that inspiration and expiration have nothing to do with respiration? Inspiration is the gaining of motivation in thought, and expiration is running out of life--dying in other words, or going bad.
A ship could go into space with robotic probes...that wouldn't require breathable air...

Oxygen tanks like for scuba diving and chemical reaction to produce oxygen such as from water.

They do take canned air (containing oxygen of course) on space flights.

of course they cant trip to outer space..
coz exygen is needed for human to inspiration and expiration..
human will dead without it..
