First off NGK plugs are good quality and will last for years with little maintenance a part from regapping now and then they are worn out when you run out of electrode they should only be replaced either when they are worn out or badly fowled, the second question about anti freeze yes you should still use antifreeze because 1 it keeps your radiator and engine clean, and 2 it also raises the boiling point of the coolant,3 with no antifreeze you will get corrosion of the cooling system from electrolysis so the answer is yes you should use antifreeze but not too much as to strong a mixture is also corrosive about 50percent is as strong as you need, a big chain and padlock don't go amiss

always, ALWAYS, use NGK plugs, special order if needed, thats what the elec system was designed for. Change at 16,000 miles. or every 2 years. Always use 50/50 coolant/water, this is for heat tranference, and anti-corrosion . Pure water will corrode the aluminum(that white powder on old bikes alum parts).
Try a LoJack if available. If not, set up a table outside the garage, get all your guns and clean them one by one where everybody can see you, word will spread and thiefs will be wary of approaching your bike. haha

You can use NGKR8-EH or NGKR9-EH as the standard plug. Spark plugs can stay up to 20,000 kms depending on the engine condition but affects fuel mileage as it goes further. As to your question about anti feeze, answer is yes as long as you dont reach temperatures below zero. Just dont leave the keys and keep the steering lock ,if your bike has H.I.S.S. ignition dont lose the key. There's variety of wheel lock available depending on your prepared choice.
